This role begins with a hybrid onboarding period (3 days in-office, 2 days from home) to ensure you have a collaborative, supported start. Once onboarding is successfully completed, the position transitions into a fully remote, home-working role.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the friendly face and sharp mind guiding our customers through their online booking journeys, resolving ticketing queries, and troubleshooting any digital bumps along the way. You will also work closely with our internal travel team, providing valuable operational backup and stepping in to assist customers during peak periods.
