Job Description
As a Petwings Pet Travel Agent, you'll be training on the job to support pet travel logistics — including organizing flights, pet paperwork, liaising with clients, and coordinating pet pick-ups/deliveries. You will:

Qualification:
What We’re Looking For
- Completed college studies in Travel & Tourism or Imports & Exports / Logistics - alternatively 5 years practical experience
- Live within 20 km of Kempton Park (for convenient commute)
- Have reliable own transport to get to work on time
- Strong communication and customer-service skills — we speak to pet owners under varying levels of stress and need to put them at ease
- A caring attitude towards animals, plus strong attention to detail (because pets are counting on us!)
- Eagerness to learn and immediate availability
