SALES
Ensure you and your team are prioritizing the right activities to increase the company’s sales: 
• Client Experience Management 
• Identify additional revenue streams for Rennies BCD Travel 
• Provide sales leads where possible 
• Upsell & facilitate value adding products 
 
TECHNOLOGY
Effective adoption of new technology and ensuring available technology is used for all deliverables and outputs: 
• Effective usage and understanding of all systems and technology 
• Adoption of technology – Sabre, RappUp, AGM, JIRA, OBT's, Papertrail 
• Ensure 100% usage of automation through our technology platforms

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required (not-negotiable): 
• Sabre Red 360 
• Relevant qualifications in Travel 
• 5 – 8 years’ experience in the retail travel industry 
• Strong operational and GDS experience, fares knowledge and can work within a fast-paced, busy environment

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 
Knowledge Required: 
•  Advanced Domestic and Regional and point-to-point International fares and ticketing 
•  Advanced Domestic, Regional and basic International destinations 
•  Rennies BCD Travel products and services 
•  Rennies BCD Travel policies and procedures 
•  Client travel policy 
•  Advanced GDS 
•  Travel-related systems and procedures 
•  Business acumen 
•  Non-negotiable operational processes 
•  Regional Booking requirements
