Job Description
- Build and maintain costing models for Small Group Journey’s for East and Southern Africa
- Build and Maintain costings for the DMC’s Idea book Journey’s for East and Southern Africa
- Build and Maintain any 3rd party external agent’s brochure requests
- Manage the DMC Fam trip process – Rate negotiations to operations
- Data Migration from current to new system
- Migration support – Systems and Operations
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 3–5+ years in inbound tourism or travel contracting
- Familiarity with East and Southern African destinations and suppliers
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills for costing models, margin analysis, and supplier rate sheets
- Skilled in contract analysis, database management and advanced Excel reporting in a Systems environment.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in Travel Studio Database management or similar – an advantage
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with FITs, groups, and series tours
