Inbound Tour Operator is looking for a Reservations Consultant with good knowledge of South Africa to join their team. To provide clients with excellent service and in so doing generate sales for the business. Managing the sales process from receipt of the enquiry, through to consulting, making the booking and invoicing the client.
Negotiable depending on experience
Qualification:
At least six years experience in the travel industry, preferably in the tour operator environment.
Consultant experience is essential.
Computer proficiency, including MS 360 - Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet navigation, Teams & Tour Plan.
Good geographic knowledge of Southern Africa.
Good knowledge of bush lodges & Game Reserves throughout Southern Africa.
