2 Year Contract-Temporary
- Process sales of airline tickets, including new bookings, rebookings, exchanges, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Apply Air Congo fare rules, promotions, discounts, and corporate agreements appropriately
- Handle reservations through Global Distribution Systems (GDS), online platforms, and walk-in customers
- Verify passenger eligibility, documentation, and ticket validity in accordance with IATA and airline standards
- Support group bookings, special fare requests, and corporate account reservations as required

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, or GDS-based reservation systems.
