About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and connect WOLO Travel’s marketing efforts across channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping marketing direction, translating strategy into integrated campaigns, and ensuring marketing activity is cohesive, well-executed, and commercially effective. This role is ideal for someone who can bring clarity and momentum to a fast-moving marketing function - pulling together multiple inputs into seamless marketing projects that drive brand growth and qualified leads.
You will lead a specialist marketing team including a Paid Media Specialist, Content & Community Manager, Creative Marketing Assistant, and Website & SEO Specialist, bringing their work together into cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Integrated Campaign Leadership
- Contribute to the development and execution of WOLO Travel’s marketing strategy in line with business priorities.
- Translate commercial goals into clear marketing initiatives and campaign plans.
- Lead integrated campaigns that connect paid, content, email, digital, retail, and experiential channels into one consistent customer story.
- Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Own the campaign calendar and coordinate campaign delivery from concept through to execution.
- Brief and align internal specialists and external suppliers to ensure work is delivered on time and to standard.
- Ensure campaigns are joined-up across touchpoints - from website and email to retail and social.
- Leading Specialists & Coordinating Delivery
- Lead a specialist marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, content, web, email, and retail.
- Set clear priorities, briefs, and timelines so work moves fast and lands consistently.
- Ensure channel activity connects into one campaign story - aligned messaging, clean execution, and a strong WOLO standard.
- Build capability and consistency across the team through guidance, feedback, and simple repeatable ways of working.
- Content, Creative & Brand Quality
- Guide and refine campaign creative and messaging, ensuring everything feels unmistakably WOLO.
- Contribute creatively where needed, with a strong eye for detail, tone, and consistency.
- Ensure marketing assets are fit-for-purpose across digital, retail, and campaign environments.
- Performance, Insights & Optimisation
- Track and interpret marketing performance across key channels (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI).
- Identify optimisation opportunities and ensure learnings are applied in future campaigns.
- Pull together clear reporting and insights that support decision-making and prioritisation.
- Budget Support & Resource Alignment
- Own the marketing budget end-to-end - planning, allocating, pacing, and reporting spend to ensure it’s aligned to priorities and delivering ROI.
- Direct resource allocation across campaigns (time, people, suppliers, production), ensuring the right effort and spend goes to the highest-impact work.
- Partnership Activation & Integration
- Manage and activate marketing partnerships, ensuring they are integrated into campaigns and contribute to brand exposure, lead generation, and commercial outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, retail, product and operations teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business goals.
- Improve alignment across teams so marketing projects run smoothly and deliver impact.

Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
- Solid working knowledge of digital marketing (paid, social, email, website) and performance measurement.
- Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Meta reporting, CRM reporting, dashboards).
- Strong attention to detail, a good creative eye, and a love for sharp copy and witty communication.
