- Create complex, multi-stop international itineraries that often involve private charters, luxury ground transport, and "impossible" hotel bookings.
- Ensure all travel complies with company policy while maximizing loyalty points and VIP perks (upgrades, lounge access, late check-outs).
- Maintain meticulous traveller profiles
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
- All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
- EMD
- Ticketing
- Ticket re-issue
- Process visas correctly and timeously
- Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
- Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
From recently certificated in Travel Management to experienced:
- GDS experience
- 5 -10 years + experience in TMC
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well spoken
- Team player and leading ability
- Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
- Excellent international fares and ticketing knowledge
- Good destination knowledge
