The Incentive Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of incentive travel and experiential programmes. The role requires strong project management capability, client-facing confidence, and the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incentive programmes from proposal through to delivery and reconciliation.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key suppliers.
Coordinate all programme elements including travel, accommodation, experiences and post trip evaluation.
Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier negotiations.
Ensure seamless on-site delivery where required.
Maintain high service standards aligned with brand and values.
Negotiable depending on experience
Qualification:
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite
Canva is advantageous or design programmes
Amadeus
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a corporate environment dealing with incentives, conferences etc.
Own transport and must live in the Upper Highway area.
