Contract to permanent
- Managing accounts for Grayston Travel.
- Input all sales and purchase invoices into Quicktrav i.e. invoicing out air tickets, car hire, accommodation etc
- Match all purchase invoices against supplier monthly statements and to resolve with the supplier any differences accordingly.
- Calculate amounts to be paid to each supplier monthly as well as adhoc payment.
- Review outstanding creditors and outstanding debtors on a weekly basis and chase monies where required.
- Claiming of commission from hotels, car hire etc.
- Loading of newly registered suppliers in Quicktrav and updating of existing supplier information.
- Reconciliation & Compiling of Pre-payment documents for payment.
- Reconcile all bank statements on a daily basis.
- Reconcile company credit card transactions.
- Calculate VAT on a biweekly basis.
- BSP duties on Quicktrav.
- Preparation of monthly recons.
- Reporting as required for corporates etc.
- General day to day accounting tasks on Quictrav etc
- To work closely with the managing partner to streamline an effective process to maximise efficiency between accounts and travel consultants.
- Work with external audit provider to conclude audit.
- Support travel consultants.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum three years’ experience on Quicktrav.
- Computer Literate.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Team player .
- Office based.
- Experience using Quicktrav is essential.
