Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for an intermediate travel consultant or someone new to the travel industry who is eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in travel.
The successful candidate will assist with administrative duties, sourcing and booking travel products, selling leisure travel and supporting Umrah travel where required, while delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile quotes and source domestic, regional, and international flights and land arrangements
- Create and manage leisure travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire, and travel insurance
- Assist with general administrative duties related to travel bookings
- Liaise directly with clients via email, telephone, and in person
- Handle travel-related enquiries, amendments, and follow-ups
- Assist with Umrah travel arrangements when required
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Experience with Amadeus or other GDS systems will be an advantage
- Ability to work with or learn Microsoft Excel
- Experience or knowledge of Umrah travel will be a strong advantage
