Job Description
This role will comprise of two key focuses:
- Providing regular helpdesk support to our existing clients; assisting with client queries around their online booking tools. Carrying out tasks to help streamline and improve existing and new business processes, working with Product to escalate issues that are reported via first line Helpdesk.
- Administering our online booking systems for Rail, Hotels and Flights via Helpdesk Cases. Ensuring accurate completion and processing of bookings made online.
Main Duties, Objectives and Responsibilities
- Managing the online process from the point of booking:
- Provide technical support to customers via the Helpdesk, Phone and Chat channels, advising on issues related to processes and escalating more complex tasks to relevant second level teams.
- Conduct system/technical training with new customers, advising how to complete bookings and trouble-shooting where applicable.
- Creation, modification, and maintenance of organizational and traveller accounts within our online tools, facilitation user access to systems
- Complete Helpdesk tasks in accordance with agreed SLA’s
- Liaise with management and provide information on client issues, usage trends, feedback and queries.
- Quality Check/File-finish all reservations via Helpdesk system
- Interface and fulfil all reservations in internal booking management systems
- Follow invoicing procedures; ensure all financial codes and approvals have been supplied
- Monitor and address reservations within GDS queues
- Assist with testing of new functionality ahead of launch to production environment.
- Provide feedback to Product Team following new software releases.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Travel Diploma
Knowledge of Galileo preferred but Amadeus will be considered.
Min 3 years experience dealing with corporate clients.
This is a fully remote role. The working hours are Monday – Friday; 13:45 – 22:30 (UK hours), with 1 weekend day, the same hours, in every 4 weeks, with a day off in lieu midweek.
Must be fully set up to work from home - wifi, inverter for loadshedding
