Job Description
Establishing and directing the sales and marketing activities of the Company and ensuring that these activities affect the direction and goals of business. To develop and successfully implement a strategic Sales and Marketing plan for the Company.
- Acquisition of new business and the growth of existing business, aligned to the company's strategic intents and sales targets.
- Implement strategies to ensure that sales targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
- Actively maintain competitor and market awareness.
- Extending existing client contracts to new business opportunities.
- Sourcing and making presentation to potential new clients.
- Brand Management and market penetration strategies.
- Digital Marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification at NQF 7
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing position.
- A minimum of 3 Years experience in activity/tourism sector with good knowledge of Corporate Travel Management etc.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Professional attitude
- Negotiating Skills
- Strong analytical Skills
- Target Driven and Results Orientated
- CRM Experience a plus.
- Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications.
