Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction while coordinating all aspects of the travel planning and execution process. Strong product knowledge of Southern African destinations is a must for this role as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in group travel consulting. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using excel and relevant booking platforms such as tourplan and wetu. Must have excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
