• minimum of 3 years experience working in the luxury inbound market
• experienced in crafting and managing high-end travel experiences in Southern and East Africa
• knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations and experiences in Southern and East Africa
• Proficiency in Tourplan is essential
• exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clients and agents
• able to handle high workloads with accuracy and meet deadlines
• excellent problem-solving skills
