Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and creating seamless processes behind the scenes for an Inbound Tour Operator?  We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Tailormade Administrator to join a dynamic travel team!  The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the tailormade travel department, assisting in the preparation, confirmation and co-ordination of custom travel itineraries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience using Tourplan and comfortable working with systems and databases is essential.   
Utilise your great communication and organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.  
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar travel industry role.
