Job Description
Bookkeeping:
- Maintaining financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable as well as cashbook.
- Processing financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in the travel industry and Quicktrav
Administrative Support:
- Providing general office support, such as answering phones.
- Producing customer invoices and statements.
- Generating Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
- Assisting with purchasing and vendor payments.
Other Responsibilities:
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Supporting other staff members with their tasks.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping experience.
- Handle books up to Trial Balance.
- Experience dealing with Foreign currencies.
- Quality control.
- Quicktrav invoicing.
