Our Client is seeking a detail-driven, service-oriented Groups Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team.
As a Groups Travel Consultant, you will design and manage itineraries for inbound groups, covering mostly Southern Africa.
Strong product knowledge of Southern African destinations is therefore a must.
Create quotes using excel.
Liaise with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transport, activities and guides.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
