Key Responsibilities:
If you have a proven track record in the travel industry and thrive on exceeding targets, closing deals, and delivering results – we want to hear from you.
- Dealing with enquiries, quotes and booking holidays to a variety of destinations worldwide, with particular focus on the Middle East, South-East Asia and the Indian Ocean.
- Turning enquiries/quotes into bookings
- To offer suitable packages and ancillaries within the requirements
- To maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- To achieve monthly sales targets
- To use personal travel experience and product knowledge to sell appropriate holidays
- To follow up on all enquiries made
- Cross-selling to alternative holidays
- To undertake any other duties or projects commensurate within the nature of the role
Personal Qualities/Skills:

- Experience using a GDS, preferably Galileo
- Excellent geographical knowledge and experience in the travel industry
- The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- To have a professional manner
- Customer-focused
- Experienced in selling travel products or services
- To have a basic knowledge of standard PC systems (full training will be given on in-house systems)
- Basic knowledge of ABTA/ATOL regulations
- Target-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proactive & enthusiastic
- Supportive
- Team player
- Prepared to work shifts.

R35000 CTC plus commission and transport provided (within 35km)
