Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to provide strategic and operational support to the Project Manager in delivering high-end hospitality development projects across multiple countries in Africa. This is a hands-on role that bridges project administration, coordination, and reporting, with a strong focus on sustainability, health & safety, and luxury guest experience standards.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, managing competing priorities, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders, consultants, and project teams. A solid understanding of project workflows, compliance, and hospitality-specific considerations is essential.

Qualification:
Degree or diploma or relevant qualifications in Project Management, Hospitality Development, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in hospitality, or sustainability-led projects.
Working knowledge of health & safety and environmental compliance requirements.
Strong planning, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project).
Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel to remote sites across Africa as required
