- Provide a seamless service, handling any requests in full, often including an item where you exceed your client’s expectation.
- Must be sales oriented as the position involves working towards targets; Commission and incentives are payable for sales achievements.

Qualification:
Client Relations
- Ensure enquiries are actioned within 30min, you may request your teams support to achieve this goal.
- Provide quality advice & relevant information to clients.
- Listen to client’s needs; give options explaining why you’ve given each option, considering directness of routing, cost, and client preference.
- Keep client confidentiality within The Travel Group
- Visit your clients at least once every 6 months at their offices.
- Systems Used:
- Galileo or Amadeus experience
- Outlook & Penguin (back-office system)
- Galileo or Amadeus experience
- Min 5 years as a Senior Corporate Consultant
