Job Description
- Ensuring all projects allocated are delivered timeously and in line with the client's brief
- Managing new and current client and supplier relationships
- Managing of client accounts and budgets, and financial forecasting
- End-to-end management and coordination all marketing functions, across all client accounts
- Conceptualisation and strategy planning with various internal departments
- Managing project teams, delegating responsibilities, scheduling follow-ups and ensuring deadlines are met
- Composing complete and detailed tender proposals, including creative conceptualisation, detailed itineraries and descriptions, budgets and presentations to clients, and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients / projects
- Ensure all administrative processes are followed and maintained
- Ensure profitability of each project
- Travel arrangements
Accompanying groups on actual travel in Southern Africa and abroad, including
- Flight arrangements
- Airport meet and greets
- Transfer logistics
- Meal arrangements
- Entertainment
- Leisure programmes
- Accommodation
- Conferencing
- Post-event budget reconciliation.
- Debrief meetings with clients and suppliers

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Min 5 years experience Incentives/ Events experience
- Outbound incentives experience
- Experience dealing with high-end/luxury clients
- Proficient with MS Powepoint & Excel
- Events/travel experience
