Quote on requested flight details for guests, agents and staff.
Responsible for handling group bookings – Regional and Domestic.
Book and hold flights in the system and manage the deadlines for issue dates and schedule changes.
Strong knowledge and understanding of domestic, International & contracted fares, ticketing, reissues, including refunds in the GDS.
Issue flight bookings once approved and supplied with a TS and Voucher numbers for ticketing including deposits.
Request refunds and manage BSP.
Prepare competitive quotations and innovative itineraries for Cruise Agents using negotiated rates from approved suppliers with the aim of securing the most business possible.
Ensure the margin strategy as set out by Management is adhered to
Send through all quoted information to Systems team to facilitate rate collection and loading of packages.
Re Quote as necessary and forward that information to the Systems Team to build packages
Book all services (including guest and staff flights where applicable) timeously upon selection of services by the Cruise Agent and update all trackers on the cruise drive.

Qualification:
Solid GDS knowledge (Galileo preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate knowledge of excel
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and able to work under pressure.
Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the company from time to time.
Willing to work after hours if necessary.
Possesses good judgment and is a strong team player.
