Passenger Services & Reservations Agent for an international airline based at Cape Town Int. Airport.
- Handling of face to face, telephonic and email reservations.
- Ticketing / Manual Fare Builds / Groups / Reissuing / Refunds / Date Changes / EMD’s & Excess Baggage processing.
- General Customer Services & Assistance.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 Years International Ticketing Experience
- GDS Reservations System training (Amadeus preferable).
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office etc
- Must be fluent in speaking / writing English
