The vital role in our organisation will also manage any queries as they may arise and liaise within different departments in our organisation to ensure we deliver only the best service to our clients at all times.
- At least 5 years in Travel
- ESSENTIAL: At least 2 years in a customer service or similar role
- Own transport
- Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans
- Team player
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Superior problem solving skills
- Day to day management of queries, complaints and issues as they may arise
- Assessing and managing current service levels
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Customer retention
- Tracking and reporting
- Reporting to management on above
