Banking
- Reconciliation of bank
- Receipting payment
- Month end bank closure
Customer satisfaction
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolving queries timelessly
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Handle questions or complaints professionally and resolve timeously
- Create multi-level relationships with clients when possible to avoid future issues
- Reconciling for client
Debtors Responsibilities
- Monthly/weekly customer reconciliations
- Credit Card/ Cheque reconciliations
- Weekly feedback and reporting
- Sending monthly/weekly statements to customers
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status / Effective cash collection
- Monitor the age analysis; make sure customers keep to payment terms
