General Details
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain internal processes and procedures in accordance with Quality requirements
- Participate effectively in management/operational meetings
- Understand and apply relevant knowledge in order to implement and assist with margin control or improvement
- Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training and development
- Facilitate and assist in managing the recruitment and selection processes
- Understand and analyse reports, to identify error trends
- To supervise, oversee, coach, mentor and support a team of Consultants to ensure that the company’s policies, procedures and quality management standards are adhered to
- Monitor and maintain quality through checking team compliance to client SLA’s
- Monitor and manage all ADM’s and ACM’s, Complaints, Accounting queries and refunds
- Continuously monitor and manage team Queues
- Take regular guidance from and provide high level support to Line Manager (Head of Operations)
- Constantly monitor workflow and ensure output is timeous / accurate and complete
- Continuously monitor capacity with the teams and ensure effective allocation of the accounts and workload
- Guiding and assisting all consultants within the team with problems and queries
