Negotiable based on experience with medical aid and provident fund.
Travel or Tourism Certificate.
Minimum 8 years travel consulting experience in a leisure travel environment.
Galileo GDS experience is preferred.
Strong fares and ticketing experiencing together with re-issues, refunds and manual calculations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other MS Office Applications - Outlook, Excel etc.
Able to meet sales targets and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proven sales record.
Extensive global product and geographical travel knowledge.
High standard of customer service / relationship skills
High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail.
Able to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong administrative skills.
Strong organisational abilities.
Must be a team player.
Experience in a call centre style environment preferable.
Travel Agency in Johannesburg.
Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17H00. Saturdays and public holidays 09H00 – 12H00 (on a rotational basis)
Consultant may be required to work shifts.
