Atlantis Corporate Travel is currently seeking a Corporate Online Booking Tool Implementation Specialist. Mobile technologies, online Profile Technologies, Online Implementations, Development, Training Modules, GDS Security and Travel System Industry Experience is essential.
Reporting line: The role reports the Directors of the Company.
Job Description
- Implement OBT for Corporate clients
- OBT User and Admit training to clients and Travel Managers
- Analyse clients requirement and process flows
- Customise online booking site with client profiles, company information and Travel policy.
- Testing of Online Booking site as per clients requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and configure corporate Air and land rates as per agreements
- Ongoing support to corporate admin users and TMC travel managers
- Monthly reporting on OBTusage and uptake.
- Develop current & future systems strategy
- Manage roll out, support and client training for applications.
- Manage and maintain current and future systems
- Manage implementation for all in- house clients.
- Develop training modules, OBT and Mobile Applications.
- Conduct Training & provide support on the above.
- Project Manage new Developments in Corporate Technology.
- Drive Systems Optimization in conjunction current business model.
Minimum 03 years experience in this role
Salary
