Issuing and re-issuing of all agency bookings and the processing of all refund requests, to the airlines and to customers. Monitor and action all GDS queues. Monitor TIN’s reports daily. Resolve any ticketing failures and / or aftersales maintenance of PNRs. Assist travel consultants with quote requests. Ensure that all bookings to be issued, re-issued or refunded go through a stringent QC process.
Issuing of all manual flight tickets (domestic, international). Re-issuing of existing flight bookings. Submit all refunds requests and be responsible for processing the refund back to customer. Own and manage the tracking of all refunds processed and ensure that supplier follow ups are performed when there are delays. Quality Control checks of all manual bookings and changes, prior to issuing. Manage all after sales requests / errors received from our fulfilment partner via email. Manage all GDS queues within the business and action. Assist the Travel Teams with fare enquiries and manual fare builds. Assist finance teams with any ADM enquiries and investigations. Consult with customers via phone or email for all servicing requirements on existing bookings.

Qualification:
Matric.
National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years working experience as a travel consultant, within a corporate environment.
Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Galileo Smartpoint.

Extensive domestic and international fares experience, coupled with a high understanding of airline fare rules.
Domestic and international manual re-issues and EMD’s, from Point to Point to Complex.
BSP Qualification advantageous with ability to process refunds through GDS and Bsp Link.
