Provide superior customer service to encourage repeat business. To service customers by identifying individual needs and recognising selling opportunities in order to achieve and exceed revenue targets, while maintaining company’s corporate standards. To offer service excellence to all our clients. Maintain business relationships with clients and suppliers.
Answer all incoming calls effectively and efficiently. Quote and setup new group requests in the system. Managing group bookings, this includes quoting, creating the group, completing pricing form, making the bookings, chasing payments, ensuring that the Group Invoice balances to system, obtaining passenger names and details, ensuring contracts and booking registration forms are signed and issue tickets. Manages special projects that arise. Responding to incoming emails.

Qualification:
Matric, Grade 12.
Travel & Tourism Diploma.
Minimum three years Groups/MICE experience.
Minimum three years tourism experience.
Computer literacy including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to communicate and liaise with internal and external customers. Good interpersonal skills.
