Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume. Maintains product management staff by training employees on products. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications. Ability to travel is required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification:
Product Management skills and qualifications.
Minimum of 10 years in Inbond Tour Operator experience and 5 years in Product management.
Destination Management Company (DMC) experience needed.
Strong knowledge of Southern Africa’s products and its geography.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to follow through. Knowledge of Microsoft office products and other graphics or presentation software a plus.
