Requirements and Key Responsibilities
- Travel experience (Corporate) – consulting minimum 5 years
- Key Accounts Manager experience: minimum 2 years
- Must be able to grow existing accounts that are not performing
- Presentations both Compilation and presenting
- Service Level Implementation and Management
- 100% retention rate of various Account Portfolio
- Corporate product and working closely with the MD and product Manager to increase corporate offering to clients
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Writing reports
- Good communication skills
- Negotiate Corporate Rates on behalf of clients with Suppliers
- Offer System Solutions to streamline the Booking Processes
- Arrange PA Workshops to educate Travel bookers
