Job Description
The main objective of this role is to be responsible for providing travel services for Club’s Executive travellers. To ensure optimal executive level customer service and offer advice and booking services directly to the client whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand. This is achieved through exceeding the client’s expectations, consistently provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism ensuring continued support of exceptional travel and value added services, thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs. In doing so offering services for both Domestic & International requests and recommend efficient alternative routes while adhering to the clients travel policies as well as the Club Travel Group’s policy & procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 5+ years as a Corporate Travel Consultant/Agent is required. Prior experience handling VIP/Executives Onsite is preferred
- At least 2+ years’ experience on booking practices and theory with ability to read, define and apply International tariff, fare rules, taxes, explicit knowledge/application of International airline contracts.
- Proficiency in Galileo/Amadues reservations system. Required to work on Sabre.
- Able to assist in all aspects of arranging/booking travel including, air, rail, hotel, car & limo.
- Arrange "meet and greet" services as desired by clients
- Provide priority wait-listing, preferred seat selection,
- Provide concierge services relating to restaurant reservation, event tickets, etc. and attendance, including but not limited to locating and securing tickets (at a discounted price, where possible) and assisting with directions to the event.
- Effective follow-up skills from A to Z. Review and confirm all bookings 24/48 hours prior to departure/arrival
- Monitor, sort and work all GDS queues daily to maintain quality control
- Maintains client profiles, including information on family members where applicable, ensuring specials requests and reward program information such as frequent flyer / driver / hotel stay are included.
- Verify rates for best fares, corporate and preferred discounts and appropriate documentation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years travel agency experience
- Previous VIP travel experience required
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry fares and markets
- Proficiency in a GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) required to work in Sabre
- Knowledge of ticketing procedures for domestic and international airlines, hotel and car rentals, transfers, visa and passport requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry fares and markets
- Knowledge on airline terminology, codes, fares basis, airline rules and tariffs
- Executive travel experience preferred
- Drivers Licence essential
