Plan, design, cost and present exceptional, highly creative itineraries. Handle all aspects of reservations from initial quote to finalisation. Prepare invoices and all travel documentation, liaise with suppliers and direct clients and assist other team members when necessary.

Qualification:
Sound understanding of F.I.T. and Groups procedures a must. Relevant reservations experience in Tour Operating needed plus in-depth knowledge of East/South/Southern Africa.
