We’re looking for a
Sales Executive to join our growing team, helping us convert high-end travel enquiries into confirmed bookings for our luxury small-group tours and bespoke FIT travel experiences. And if you’re someone who enjoys being out on the road, this role also gives you the chance to occasionally lead tours, connect with our travellers in person, and inspire future adventures.
📍 Where you’ll work:
Remote, ideally based in
Cape Town or
Johannesburg/Pretoria. You’ll also need to be available to work from our
Johannesburg and
Jeffreys Bay offices when required.

Most of our travellers are Afrikaans and English-speaking, aged 50 and up. So, it’s important that you really understand this market and know how to connect with them. We're looking for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is ready to step in as a tour leader when needed.
Salary
Competitive base salary + commission.
Required Qualifications
👀 What we're looking for:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (you’ll need to be confident engaging with Afrikaans-speaking clients).
- Proven success in luxury travel, high-end hospitality, or high-ticket sales.
- 3–5 years’ experience working with affluent clients.
- A confident closer who knows how to turn enquiries into bookings.
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRM systems, email automation, WhatsApp sales).
- Resilient, driven, and motivated by targets.
- An experienced traveller who enjoys leading groups.
- Someone who understands the 50+ market and their travel preferences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support our Sales Assistant and ensure our sales processes are followed smoothly.

General Details
🚀 What you'll do:
70% Sales & Bookings
- Respond quickly to new enquiries and follow up on promising leads.
- Build strong client relationships and close bookings with confidence.
- Handle objections smoothly and create a sense of urgency where needed.
- Keep track of leads and sales in Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with our Senior Consultants for seamless handovers.
- Work closely with our Sales Assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure she follows the correct sales processes and helps maintain smooth operations.
- Take ownership of implementing and upholding our sales processes to keep everything running efficiently.
20% Tour Leading
- Lead selected group tours (sometimes at short notice).
- Build lasting relationships with our travellers while on tour.
- Represent our brand on the ground and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage logistics and resolve any issues before they become problems.
5% Lead Nurturing
- Keep in touch with potential clients.
- Follow up on undecided leads via email, WhatsApp, or calls.
- Encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
5% Strategy & Reporting
- Provide weekly reports on lead quality and conversions.
- Spot upsell opportunities for premium services.
