Job Description

Collecting outstanding debts/payments from company debtors/clients
Ensuring timely payments are made out to company debts
Ability to reconcile complex debtors accounts
Providing administrative support where necessary
Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed
Leasing with Clients
Attending to queries
Allocating to relevant accounts as per remittance
Writing and presenting clients reports internally and externally

Required Qualifications

Min 3 years experience in Debtors working within a travel agency.
Must have Quicktrav working knowledge
