- Achieving NCA (New customer acquisition) and ERV (Existing relationship value) targets (Corporate and Walk ins)
- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Achievement of targets (Corporate and Non IATA).
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
- Working with Tourism product development teams to manage new product development.
- Launching and driving campaigns for Travel and Tourism.
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the inputs for company website, print communication, and advertising.
- Managing media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
- Driving to achieve Tourism / Non Air sales targets.
