Job Description

• High-profile corporate, executive clientele who demand absolute perfection.
• Create complex, multi-stop international itineraries that often involve private charters, air and land arrangements.
• Ensure all travel complies with company policy while maximizing loyalty points and VIP perks (upgrades, lounge access, late check-outs).
• Maintain meticulous traveller profiles
• Ability to handle pressure
• Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
• All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
• Ticketing + EMDs 
• Ticket re-issue
• Process visas correctly and timeously
• Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
• Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues

Required Qualifications

• GDS experience preferably Amadeus
• 5+ years’ experience in a corporate TMC
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Well spoken
• Team player and leading ability
• Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
• Excellent international fares and ticketing knowledge
• Good destination knowledge
