Job Description

Rossco Shuttles & Tours is a leading transport and tourism company based in Johannesburg, providing airport transfers, shuttle services, private transport, corporate travel solutions, long-distance transfers, and guided tours throughout Southern Africa.

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Reservations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing daily reservations and bookings
• Coordinating drivers, vehicles, and operational schedules
• Liaising with travel agents, tour operators, hotels, guest houses, and corporate clients
• Preparing quotations and confirming bookings
• Managing customer communications via email and telephone
• Monitoring operational efficiency and service delivery
• Assisting with supplier and client relationship management
• Supporting the Managing Director with operational administration

Salary

Market-related salary dependent on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in tourism, transport, hospitality, reservations, or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with travel agents and tour operators will be advantageous
