Job Description

Establishing and directing the sales and marketing activities of the Company and ensuring that these activities affect the direction and goals of business. To develop and successfully implement a strategic Sales and Marketing plan for the Company.

• Acquisition of new business and the growth of existing business, aligned to the company's strategic intents and sales targets.
• Implement strategies to ensure that sales targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
• Actively maintain competitor and market awareness.
• Extending existing client contracts to new business opportunities.
• Sourcing and making presentation to potential new clients.
• Brand Management and market penetration strategies.
• Digital Marketing.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification at NQF 7
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing position.
• A minimum of 3 Years experience in activity/tourism sector with good knowledge of Corporate Travel Management etc.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Professional attitude
• Negotiating Skills
• Strong analytical Skills
• Target Driven and Results Orientated
• CRM Experience a plus.
• Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications.
